Living Yoga Strong Flow
Yoga is a way of life... if we choose it
This early morning class offers an opportunity to begin the day in an intentional way...
We will connect to our body, our breath, and our present moment awareness through a skillfully designed strong flow sequence that feels both challenging and relaxing.
Each class offers asana, pranayama, and a thread of yoga philosophy to give a more complete practice and to support the experience of a moving meditation.
We may then carry this feeling of being calm, centered and grounded into the rest of our day.
This class is best for those with some yoga experience.
Hands-on assists are offered, with consent.

Devotional Slow Flow
The Yoga Sutras say that when we practice consistently, whole heartedly and for a long time, then we begin to feel the freedom that yoga offers us ripple into our lives.
This Devotional Slow Flow class offers us the opportunity to practice in a dedicated, intentional way.
Each class will weave together yoga philosophy, poses, breath work, meditation and reflections to open us to the freedom available on the path of devotion.
This class is best for those with some yoga experience.

The Portal Flow, Yin, Sound with Kendall
Enter the Portal through movement, stillness, and sound
in this masterful class with Tish and Kendall.
We will journey through the layers of the self
(physical, mental, emotional, energetic) into a sweet space of deep connection and being-ness.
This class begins with a slow flow vinyasa, then shifts into yin yoga, then closes with a sound journey to relax and integrate the wisdom of the practice.
We reemerge as our deeper truer self.
Holistic Yin
Holistic Yin offers a class experience that is good for body, mind and soul.
We embrace a long, slow, deep method that allows us to sink into the present moment.
The sequence of poses, breath and guided meditations + reflections allow for softening and letting go of busyness.
In moments of stillness and inner quiet we can connect to our truest deepest selves.
This is a gentle, all levels practice.
The ability to get down onto the floor is helpful.

Yoga Church
Yoga Church is a whole experience.
In this 2 hour practice we have time + space to move slowly into a full practice of centering, warming up, flowing through a well designed asana (yoga poses) sequence,
moving into pranayama (breath work) and meditation / contemplation on the spiritual essence of yoga and how it applies to every aspect of our lives.
Come to church + experience the divine inside your own being.
